"Yet maybe, just maybe, Sara will fall for this mysteriously troubled charm and fulfilled his out cry of "love me, love me, I can be Grissom"."
Being Sara Sidle --- " ... that's the only way you will leave and I can spend some quality time with my un-man." |
It's the long waited Greggo/Liam Episode. All the car talks driving my brain to explode like the tire; our favorite un-couple dynamics did not blow off the screen, but it'slike the pickle --- aren't we happy to see that... One Liners Under extreme circumstances, one phrase can reflect one's personality ever so precisely. (looking over the crash site) Sara "Saving The World" Sidle: I feel so useless. Catherine "The Politics" Willows: The Rescue operation isn't over yet. Warrick "The Star" Brown: This isn't our show... Nick "Needy-Ambitious" Stokes : Not yet.. (getting ready and snapping rubber gloves) Gil "Gruesome" Grissom: They did their jobs, we do ours. (oh yeah. it's time for The Who---) There is Always a Reason for Field Training Unlike some people might have believed otherwise, I must clarify that Gregor "Liam" Sanders is Evie's second favorite Lab Tech (and Archie is mine! don't take him away from me, please, CBS..). I like Greggo and I felt so bad seeing him freezing in the cold Vegas night air. So quoted Brass here from a totally different subject matter "There is always a first time", I have some tips for Greggo before he went on to the next voluntary field training---unless Grissom let him be a CSI. IMHO, it is quite possible. Everybody's now nice to Greggo because of his excellent work on the field...taking notes... 1) Warm clothes, Greggo. Smart as you are should have figured out that LV is still cold when there is no sun. 2) Rubber gloves. There was a reason Grissom didn't let you do the collection; however, other CSI's always have endless supplies of rubber gloves as portrayed on television. The same to zip-loc bags. 3) remember to contact a psychiatrist after the field. Crime scene is very traumatic. Poor Greggo. The bus case really hit him hard. He had been quiet and falling into his deep thinking all the time. Maybe he was gaining a new perspective of being a CSI and deal with his first crime scene. Personally I felt so bad about the quiet Greg; he seemed to be so unhappy, but with a troubled charm. But we all agree that he did a great job. The "New" nice Grissom said Greggo were fine (with an amusing almost-smile on his face), and Sara stood up for Greg by telling the other tech that Greggo was good in the field. (Now, Sara Bashers, see? Sara is really nice to Greg!) The LWS (Liam Withdrawn Syndrome) worked great. Although, obviously, Greggo wasn't that much into impressing Sara this time because of the case. Yet maybe, just maybe, Sara will fall for this mysteriously troubled charm and fulfilled his out cry of "love me, love me, I can be Grissom". O Warrick, Checkmate! "You've got that 'Sara' look". Warrick looked at Sara. "You mean the Grissom look," said Sara. Since the 'you just don't want other women in his life' comment in "Sound Of Silence", Warrick has been like a GSR messenger sort of figure, as it so appeared in many fanfics. Although Warrick and Sara did not hit up very well in the beginning, I have this feeling that Warrick is somehow close to Sara's personal life. Besides the SoS comment, in "The Finger", it appeared that Warrick was the first person Sara told about her date with Hank. I found it amusing about the way Sara replied the "look" thing. There can be many wonders about that, and I can only come up with 2 now. Let's Play "Being Sara Sidle": scenario 1. Sara --- The Grissom look, was that what you were trying to say? scenario 2. Sara --- oh thanks Warrick, I got that right from Grissom. Later Warrick and Griss were playing chess. The phone rang. It was Sara calling Warrick. Just as GSR shippers looking straight at Grissom's face trying to figure out his "Sara-didn't-call-me" expression, "checkmate", said Warrick. (and she said she needed him in the lab! wow. Usually Sara said that to Grissom!) Going back to the Hockey Episode (PNN), this could be some serious testosterone raging problem between Grissom and Warrick! You know, although we all agree on Geek Love, let's not forget the Friction Love, like Doggett and Scully on the X-Files. Friction Love does not last long anyway, but it made us nervous...OT, OT. Later when Warrick was in the Print Lab, he popped the one million dollar question --- "Why did you call me?" --- Sara didn't answer directly, but it seemed that she needed somebody to go to the bus company. Now, let's play the "Being Sara Sidle" game again.
Okay, here is a mystery. When Sara and Cat walked into the tire experiment, one of the girls said an ever-so-flirtatious "hello". I never caught who said that, but it was kind of like Cat. BUT, if this person was Sara, then, the tire blew up at the right time. "BANG"! I am very sure Sara did have a Grissomian reaction later --- "COOL". Is that a Pickle in Your Pocket or You're Just Happy To See Us? For anybody who is devoted in The X-Files Fandom and read MSR fictions diligently, that line made me thought of one very dirty and funny chapter of Isometry, a.k.a the pickle fic. For who is not in TXF fandom, hey, it's purely funny, and the light bulb, and everything... It just cracked me up! Pickle! Dev and Heidi, make the pickle into the next fanfic challenge, will you? And, wow, I forgot Cat for the entire episode. Emm...
Evie, March 28th, 02 Sudden Thoughts on Sara look. Sara was visualizing the bus and the car on the empty road, right? It reminded me of "Chaos Theory" where Grissom was visualizing Paige Rycoff/Sara. That can be the Sara<--->Grissom Look. p.s: Sandy, ooops, I told you it would dep. on tonight's episode. The mathematica invar analysis should be in your mailbox by tomorrow afternoon. At least we both agreed that love has nothing to do with age difference. You've got your Dr. W and Dr. B; I have my Grissom/Arguing!Buddy#1. The world is a happy place for us. |
