Hello, everybody.

First of all, I want to thank all of you who had visited, promoted, and enjoyed the site. It had been a pleasure and a blast to manage this little place and share my passion for a TV show with so many people on the net, since year 2001. Having this little place and made so many great friends through it was one of the best things in my life. This kind of love will never change, and I thank all of you for that.

Sadly, some things do change.  For one, I feel that I no longer have the time to maintain and mostly, keeping up with the changes of the show anymore.  I desperately need to focus on my school stuffs, and this has to compromise a lot of things. Dropping this site will be one of them. Also, some contents of the site are also available elsewhere; you can get an "authorized" version of the geeklove unromance timeline from The Official CSI Companion (good read, I might add), and numerous websites now offer high quality screen captures and geek clips too, and they update more often then I do. Since CSI became a hit, getting forensic classes and programs are no longer difficult everywhere. The thing on my page was not updated at all, and if you google "forensic programs", you can find a lot more than I did four years ago. Meanwhile, this site still holds a personal side of me. Although I have considered enlisting help from friends, the intimate nature made me feel unsure if I ever want someone else to run it. I had created everything of this site, from layout and artwork down to every word. They may not be the most professional ones, but they are my original stuffs and I don't feel like handing it over to anyone else. I just feel bad that I have no time nor the drive to keeping them up anymore.

Here I am to inform you, that, a great proportion of BugMe will no longer be updated. It's not a hiatus, but I am not taking it offline either. It will be still online, being dormant. Everything (word content, multimedia) except our new (Chinese) FORUM will not be updated. If there is any addition, you will be the first to know from here.

Again, I want to thank you all for your support. You've been the best, and I thank you with all my gratitude.

I was deeply shocked and appalled by Les Moonves, the CEO of Viacom, and his decision to fire Jorja Fox and George Eads to "set an example" regarding salary negotiation. Mr. Mooves' abrupt manner just showed how little respect and appreciation he had for CSI, in which actors are deemed "replaceable". BugMe supports all supporting actors of CSI to get a decent raise for their fantastic performances every month, and wants to urge CBS and Viacom to reinstate Fox and Eads, for they are also vital parts of the show even though the duo had not been nominated by any awards in the past.
