1. Primum No Nocere PNN was, as far as a shipper's concern, a great episode. The storyline was tightly wrapped; the parallels worked, symbolisms and themes (testosterone, sex, dominance, dependency, civilizations) that closely referenced back to previous episodes. In PNN we saw a change to the WithDrawn!Grissom. Cath's advice, the call and the plant had waken him, and he started to face his real feelings and express them in an honest Grissomian way. Grissom's sudden openness about this kind of matter suggested officially, first time ever, that there was more than professional feelings he had for Sara, and he recognized Sara's dependency to him by telling her that he started to appreciated beautiful things in life after he met her. Grissom and David-the-unfun-coroner had an interesting talk about testosterones, and he started to flirt openly with Sara. The "Say goodbye to Greg" was especially intriguing. Was he simply showing his new personna of appreciation? Or he was telling Greg that, "Sara is my Un-Woman, and she does everything I wanted her to do. Can you?". quotes
2. Felonious Monks Grissom delivered his crime scene 101 remark, and Sara asked to state his source. (now, we all know how un-Buddha it was last time she asked that) The new, "looking up from the microscope" Grissom exhibited his knowledges to Buddhism and became quite Zen.. Nicely, he asked Sara, "would you like to process the truck?", and had this "don't mess with my un-woman" look when Sara's present was questioned by the suspect.
3. Chasing The Bus Sara was trying to picture the movement of the bus and the car when... Warrick: You've got that Sara look Sara: You mean the Grissom look Later Warrick and Griss were playing chess. The phone rang. It was Sara calling Warrick. Just as GSR shippers looking straight at Grissom's face trying to figure out his "Sara-didn't-call-me" expression, "checkmate", said Warrick. (and she said she needed him in the lab! wow. Usually Sara said that to Grissom!) Going back to the Hockey Episode (PNN), this could be some serious testosterone raging problem between Grissom and Warrick! You know, although we all agree on Geek Love, let's not forget the Friction Love, like Doggett and Scully on the X-Files. Friction Love does not last long anyway, but it made us nervous...OT, OT. Later when Warrick was in the Print Lab, he popped the one million dollar question --- "Why did you call me?" --- Sara didn't answer directly, but it seemed that she needed somebody to go to the bus company.
4. Anatomy of a Lye Geek couple were on the case together! First, we had Grissom holding Sara's arm at the bus stop"Let's catch the bus, should we?", BEFORE she nearly hit by a car. LatGeekLove Trait 1: Holding the arm... "It's time to catch the bus," said Grissom; then he took Sara's arm while they went cross the road side by side before he pulled Sara back to avoid some fast-driver on the road. (I am getting deja-vu all over that scene, but I won't bore you with details.). I always love to watch the courteous Grissom, back to the time when he took the very scared Holly Gribbs in his arms, when he was TRYING to date Teri Miller, when he asked Sara would she like to process the car, and when he hold Sara's arm like that. The last time we saw Grissom holding Sara's arm was probably in "Strip Strangler". Hmmm. Then they started to exam the debris on the road, geek mind-melding, brains humming. My romantic side of brains screamed : "Com'on, just dance on the road! You already took her arm!" My rational, safety-first side of brain yelled even louder: "THE SECOND CAR IS COMING! GET AWAY FROM THE ROAD AND TAPE THAT CRIME SCENE BEFORE BOTH OF YOU WERE HIT!" GeekLove Trait 2: "Wow, you sure know how to light up a room!" " Thank you, the Plant; thank you, Zamboni, thank you, Luminol, thank you, thank you, geeklove...."(sing to the tone of Alanis Morissette's "Thank You").. The comment was very Grissomian (witty in Grissom-Style), very sweet, very geeky, very UST (filled with context) and absolutely flirtatious. Those two always spark when Luminol is the catalyst. Those two really enjoy themselves. They did not have to say too much unnecessary things to each others; their minds worked as one, their brain waves were both on the same resonance frequency, and I almost hummed with them when Cat went in .... GeekLove Trait 3 : Catherine the match-maker ... Cat seemed to know that those two could only count as one brain double the powerwhen they worked together. She kindly pointed out the car-key problem after she told the lovebirds a sweet story of her and Eddie in her early days. Maybe the cuteness of the two reminded her of all the sweet memories? (G/S shippness seemed to have brought up the best of everybody, including the fans...) The lovebirds had exactly the same facial expression --- "Oh. Oops" --- after Catherine's advice. Could those two be any cuter? Catherine was all teasing; she was probably thinking, "I knew that would be the result of the Geek mind-meld... ". er then initiated the Geek Mind-meld everywhere... Third, Luminol. "You sure know how to light up a room"! Forth, Catherine the match-maker; she pointed out the car-key
